Our Process
After introducing themselves, our technician will walk the property and take extensive before and after photos and video to document the property condition. They will then go through the process of property protection, focusing on sensitive plants and landscaping, electronics (such as cameras, electrical boxes, etc), and personal property (decking, lawn furniture, etc). Once they are ready to start they will follow their training to ensure they follow best practices for each particular service.
-
Remove loose debris with a soft bristled brush and leaf blower
Clean gutters and ensure they are flowing properly
Apply solution of sodium hypochlorite, surfactant, and water
Please Note: After a successful application there may still be visible moss on your roof. This is by design and in accordance with the shingle manufacturer’s recommendation. It should turn white after being treated and fall off on its own in the coming weeks and months.
-
Apply a low percentage solution of water, sodium hypochlorite, and surfactant
Allow the solution time to dwell so it can work on the organic material
Thoroughly rinse the home and all surrounding landscaping
-
Pre-wet all surfaces to be pressure washed
Technician will make a decision if a pre-wash solution of water and sodium hypochlorite is warranted and apply if necessary
Complete pressure washing
Rinse and clean all surrounding areas of debris
